If for any reason you are not happy, our Return & Exchange Policy ensures a simple and transparent return and exchange process tailored for our customers across Pakistan and beyond. 1. General Return and Exchange Guidelines

You may return or exchange items within 15 days from the date of delivery as part of our perfume return policy in Pakistan.
Items must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all original packaging, tags, and labels intact.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet these requirements in line with our Sjaana fragrances exchange policy.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Perfumes: Opened or used perfumes are non-returnable as per our return policy for opened perfumes.

3. How to Request a Return & Exchange Policy

 To return your Sjaana perfume or request an exchange, follow these steps:

  • Contact us at support@sjaana.com or call 0300 5551108 to inform us about your request.

  • Provide your order number and reason for the return or exchange.

  • Once approved, we’ll share the Sjaana refund process, including the return address and instructions.

  • We may request that you use a trackable shipping service and keep the receipt and tracking number for your records.

  • Tracking Your Order with TCS

    At Sjaana Fragrances, we ship all orders via TCS courier service to ensure safe and timely delivery across Pakistan. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can track your shipment anytime by visiting the official TCS Tracking portal and entering your tracking number. If you face any issues while tracking, feel free to reach out to tcs courier tracking or our support team, and we’ll gladly assist you in locating your parcel.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong item sent).
Perfume exchange in Pakistan requires customers to bear the shipping charges unless stated otherwise.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our fault

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 15 days.
Please note that how long it takes to get a refund from Sjaana may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Exchanges

To exchange perfume online for a different size, color, or product, follow the return steps above.
Upon receiving the returned item, we’ll dispatch the replacement depending on availability.
If the item is unavailable, we will contact you with alternate options or initiate a refund.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately with a photo at support@sjaana.com.
We will guide you through the return process and offer a full refund, exchange, or replacement.
Sjaana damaged item refund includes coverage of return shipping charges.

8. Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order only before it has been shipped.
To cancel a perfume order from Sjaana, call us at 0300 5551108 as soon as possible.
If the order has already been shipped, our regular Sjaana return policy will apply.

9. Items Purchased with Discounts or Promotions

If you return a product bought during a promotional campaign, your refund will reflect the discounted price.
For Buy One Get One Free offers, the refund will be adjusted based on what is returned.

10. International Returns

For international perfume return requests, customers are responsible for shipping costs, duties, and taxes.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insurance for high value items.

11. Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale (e.g., clearance or promotional offers) are not eligible for return or exchange.
This will be mentioned on the respective product pages.
